SHIPPING POLICY

 

All orders will be shipped once processing is complete. Processing takes 2-4 business days based on the type of payment. (NOT INCLUDING HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS)

 

After placing your order, an confirmation email will be sent to the email address given. After the processing of your order (within the 2-4 business days) you will receive another email with your tracking information.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We do not accept cancellations. Changes can only be made within the 24 hrs the order was done. Changes such as a different color are the only thing acceptable. (The CartiGalore team reserves the right to be selective on whether a change can be accomodated or not)

 

Exchange Policy

 

For safety precautions, no exchanges are allowed once items are packaged and shipped. Please ensure that the items that your are purchasing are the ones that you actually want. 

 

What is your return/refund policy?

 

We do not accept returns. All items for final sale. Please ensure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct items. No refunds will be issued after you have finalized and confirmed your purchase unless the item is no longer available. It is only then, a refund will be given back to the same method of payment that was used to create the order,
